Last Post of December 2014

It's that time of the year again! When the last day of the year ends and the new year arrives! This will be my last post of December and of 2014!!! I will be spending my last day of December doing work :/ HAHAH. So sad :( But!! This year i will be celebrating the New Year with my cousins! Celebrated last year with my friends and was supposedly to do so too but my cousins "booked" me first. HAHAH. So i will be spending the first Morning of 2015 and the last night of 2014 at their house!!

Hopefully i'll finish most of my stuff tomorrow and i can enjoy the last few days of my holiday!! Cheers~~ :D

Lunching at SUKIYA!!

Today's officially the last day of November!! Woo~~ It's gonna be December in a few more hours and my birthday is around the corner!! Can't wait to see what i'll get!! Hehe. And it's the Christmas season!! Wonder what present would i get this year?? HAHA. I'm currently thinking what to get for my mother, since she has the same birthday as me and we never really gotten her a present. I might get it together with my sister since i don't have so much money. HAHAHA.

Recently, i've went to Sukiya with my poly friends. HAHA. IT WAS SO GOOD. But i always regret eating so much there ramen. Their soup base is the best! And the price was okay as well.

I would recommend their Sukiyaki, Laksa and the Butauiku soup bases! Those 3 are the best! And their cheeseballs!!! Extremely nice. Of course, eating hotpot without instant noodles is not a hotpot!!! I always love my hotpot with ramen or instant noodles. There's even udon!!

Wish blogger could include those emo-cons like Whatsapp emoji keyboard because using a emoji to describe these would be better than using words!! It's really paradise. Heheh. But, never, never eat so much noodles. I always tell myself that before going in, but i always eat too much noodles! HAHAH. Makes me feel like my stomach is gonna burst. Lol. Other than that, the food is really worth it since it's a buffet. Lemme relive those memories before going to school tomorrow. T.T 

BUTTTT, it's the last week of school again!! HAHHA. That was fast. Only started school for 6 weeks! 6 weeks!! And it's time for another 3 weeks of holidays. :DD

Posting again!! HEHE. Decided to write a post on this boring Sunday because i've nothing much to do and basically just resting at home. Hehe. Wish i could use emoji here! Lol. Would be cool if blogger implemented it in posts.

So basically, as the title of this post states, i went for the 2015 SEA Games Countdown walk-a-jog on Friday with my friends and friend's friends. HAHAH. And this mass walk-a-jog is free to participate in, in addition, there's also a free t-shirt given. Which sounds fun, but it wasn't what we expected. The walk was just around a route in a park near the newly built national stadium,

with a large dome which is said to be able to retract, and also with many new functions that not many people know about. HAHAH. But it looks so cool with the skyline! The new stadium complex has a sports hub integrated with it and a small scale shopping mall, which seems interesting to visit when it's completely opened to public! I would really like to see the inside of the stadium and also what the rest of the new complex has to offer! But i guess it'll have to take a while.

After all the sight seeing of the new stadium, we strayed off the path and basically just left halfway to take a more scenic walk of our own! HAHA. And it was damn fun!! Walking with friends, looking at the Singapore skyline, enjoying the breeze! It wasn't all that bad. At least we enjoyed ourselves and got free shirts! HAHAH.

New School Term!! And got my Frank Card :)

Hello! Posting again! Haven't been posting during the holidays cause i was busy enjoying my holiday. HAHAH. I might had overspent during the holidays, but who cares?! HAHAHA. ITS THE HOLIDAYS. But the actual holidays aren't really here yet! Got like 6 more weeks to the end of the semester! That's damn fast, 6 weeks will pass in a flash and soon i'll be graduating and going to NS. Lol. Only get to experience these once in a lifetime, gotta make my best enjoying my life in poly while i can.

Talking about enjoying myself and spending money, i recently bought a new wallet online!! It's damn cheap, with shipping combined it's only 21 SGD. And the quality of the wallet is not bad as well! It's some brand from Korea, not really familiar with the brand, but i might actually buy some wallets from there!

Doesn't look bad right!? I was looking for a change of wallets since it's boring to use the same thing for a year or 2. HAHA. Since i only got a lifetime, i might as well enjoy it and pamper myself with purchases once in a while. Talking about pampering, i got myself a new debit card as well! This will be for my personal use! I'll be using this to buy stuff and save money as well, other than my POSB card. 

Frank Card from OCBC!

I was just talking about getting a Frank card when the chance came! They were having a promotion that during this period of time, all designs will be free! And best thing is that i got the whole account for free! No minimum sum in the account is required to keep the card until i'm 26 years old. Still got like 8 years to go, so i'll say it's not bad. And who doesn't like a personalised card? Better looking than the POSB Go card :x Where everyone has the same design. HAHAA.

Well, so far so good, my results are good (didn't expect that), my life is good so far with friends and the amount of time i have to myself is good as well. AHAH. I'll also be receiving the director's list award!! Only awarded to the top 10% of my cohort!! First time receiving this type of award ever since i started studying! I can only say i feel good receiving such rewards for just having good grades! Let's hope that i'll be able to graduate with flying colours!!

June 7!!!

Posting again!
Finally the 2 weeks term break is here! HAHAH. Which means i'm already halfway through the semester! But it also means that the exams are nearing as well :/ Although i only have 1 paper!!! HAHA. But since it's the holiday (even though it's only 2 weeks), i'll try not to talk about test and exams! Celebrated one of my best friend's birthday yesterday! Hehe, surprised her at her house with other friends and it was great yesterday. Here's a picture:

Unfortunately, i didn't take any pictures of the food. HAHAHA. But it was still great. Stayed out the longest yesterday night!! For more than 12 hours. Hehe. But time really passes when you're with friends. Although it was tiring, sweaty, sticky but i'm glad we had fun!! There's gonna be more fun next next week, but first, next week i'll have to return to school to do some stuff for my project :( Which kills the holiday, but i hope i can finish everything on that day so i don't have to keep returning. HAHA. Other than that, think i'll be staying at home and using my computer. HAHA. But i'm looking forward for the farm-stay at my friend's farm!! :DDD

Waffles and sweets for dinner!

Hello! Posting again!! Hehe. yes, school started and i already finished my fourth day at school, so far the subjects are fine but it's too damn boring! And i'm still kinda in my holiday mood so it's a but stressful to take it all that stuff from school but luckily i have my friends to help relieve some stress!

We went to a place near nex, called Wimbly Lu Chocolates for dinner it wasn't cheap but the food was good and the place was so freaking nice. Not what i expected because from the outside and especially at night that place looks so "ulu ulu" HAHA. Here's a photo of the place:

We ordered baked rice, waffles (main reason why people come here), drinks and some sides. The price didn't come out to cheap but i think it was worth the money! Maybe except for the drink i ordered. Lol

Well, as for the drink, the rest of my friends drinks were quite okay but mine was damn small, i'm not even joking. The cup was so small that i would've thought it was for a baby. I ordered their macchiato(just found out that it really strong so it came in a small cup) and damn i was shocked because i've never had a macchiato before and it was 4 bucks. Kinda regretted it a bit because although i like coffee but i'm not too fond of expressos.

Next dish was their WAFFLES! At first i regretting going to that place because i thought we were only gonna have waffles for dinner (which didn't seem appealing) but damn their waffles was good! It's crispy and the ice cream was damn nice too!

Overall, that place was not bad. It was my first time to a waffle place so i'm not sure what to expect but from someone who never went to a waffle place, it was good! The ambience there was good too, no wonder they were full when we went in and has to wait. But one thing is that, they should really put pictures, one of the dish we ordered didn't really meet our expectations and it was something we could really make at home by ourselves. But the overall experience wasn't bad and i would recommend it to my other friends as well. HAHA. Thanks to my best bunch of friends, i manage to make it through the first depressing week of school!! :D

Universal Studios!

Hello!
Haven't been posting for a few weeks and decided to write a post today! As the day to the start of a new semester is coming, i really don't feel like going to school and study again. I'm so tired and just want to have holidays like these forever!! HAHA. I think i'll be spending the last of my holidays at home because i spent too much money already. Haha.

One of the reasons of spending too much money is because of the trip with my friends to Universal Studios!!! It was fun! Although it's about a few weeks back but because i was too lazy to post but still i enjoyed this semestral holiday the most!! Took the transformers ride for the first time because the last time i went it hasn't opened yet and i can tell you it was one of the best rides in USS!!

 The second one that was so cool was the Sherk 4D experience! It never gets old as the 4D theater is really cool. (Battlestar Galatica wasn't opened too bad)

Took the Revenge of the Mummy a few times because we can!! HAHA It was the ride i enjoyed most at USS! Didn't take a photo for this hehe, but IT WS FUN AND THRILLING!

Had lunch outside of USS because the food inside is not cheap! Although i've heard they give large portions but we ate outside of USS anyways. There's this Aston's Specialities restaurant right outside of USS. (Not directly outside though, still had to walk a bit) It's portions are quite large, larger than the one i ordered at the outlet at Changi Airport (Not sure if i was lucky that day)

Overall it was a fun day and one of the best day i've spent during this holiday. I hope this bunch of friends could stick with me till we're all old!! HAHA. I still feel more comfortable with my secondary school friends but i'm kinda more open now with my poly friends as well. Hope i can become closer with all of them during the new semester!

Lunch and Macaroons making!

Posting again!! Lol. Decided to post again today because i have something to post! Well, today was another fun day in this semester's holiday!! Went to Tampines 1 and had lunch at a Korean restaurant. It's like a grill place where you get the raw meat and grill it yourself at the table and it was also a buffet. So we had all we can eat amount of pork, chicken, squid etc. The food wasn't bad, there were some cooked stuff like Korean pancakes, spicy rice cake, glass noodles, white rice, seaweed soup and etc. Although i don't know if it tastes the same as authentic Korean food but it wasn't bad.

Doesn't look bad right?! Lol. The chicken was the best. The way that they marinated it, it tastes so awesome, tasty, good! HAHA. After lunch we went to my friend's sister's house to make some macaroons!! Well, it was fun and tiring at the same time and although i couldn't help much but i sincerely had fun. It was damn tiring too. But seriously, baking with friends or just spending time with time is fun for me. Even if it means just staying at home and having friends around you.

Although i couldn't stay till the end (because my father insisted on picking me home early on his way home: Freaking stubborn, doesn't listen to what i say, only insisted that he's always right. I can;t stand him) but i tried to make some shells for the second batch just before he came. It wasn't easy but it was tasty.

Another big thing that happened was that, i got my results!!! here's a screenshot!

Didn't expect it to be better!

The thing that surprised me is that i got a GPA higher than my last semester!! Although the CGPA is 3.78, i think i did a good job. But the thing is that, i really don't really understand what the modules were teaching. HAHA. Must be a miracle for me to get this grades. I'm just thankful that i didn't score lower than 3. But i didn't expect to get higher as well. HAHA. Let's just hope i can clear my mind before the holidays end and start a fresh with the motivation to study!! I can finally enjoy my holidays! HAHA. Think i'll stop here. Going to watch my anime~ Bye!
